Composition is good, it's clear what is the subject and her be at 3/4 in front of the camera added something interesting at the image.
I really like details on the water's surface, they are very beautiful. In particular I like the darker shape on the water (arm's shadow).
I'm not sure where you got focus, face looks not in focus (but maybe it works still better like it is) but I don't like blurred body (arms and dress).
On conclusion I really like this shot, I don't know if you planned it or if you took it when you saw it (in this case you got a great moment). If you planned it I think you should pay attention on small details and I think you can get a great image changing things just a bit
